Gerund used after (the exception Phrase)

The phrase are:

• It's no use ....
• It is no good ....
• Would you mind ...(-/?)
• It's worth ...
• Subject + can't help ...
• Subject + can't stand ...

Example;

1. I think it is no use trying again.
2. I can't help feeling angry about it.
3. Would you mind waiting a moment
4. It's no good hoping for their help.
5. This book is worth reading.
